Consumer Journey:
        1. Participants submit their entry.
        2. Upon submission, they will receive an auto-reply confirming successful receipt.
        3. Gage Redemption will then take 3–5 working days to check and verify the receipt.
        4. If the participant is eligible, they will be contacted via email with redemption detail and come for redemption
        5. Once verification is completed, Gage Redemption will inform the participant to head down for collection
